The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 launched in grand fashion and captured the hearts of millions of smartphone fans. The device is equipped with the latest high-end hardware and is priced at over $1,000. However, very, unfortunately, just after its launch in August, users took to Samsung forums to convey their grievance with a camera freezing issue which many had been facing. Well, after months of suffering and waiting, Samsung is finally releasing an update which will specifically fix the camera freezing issue experienced on the Samsung Galaxy Note 9.
The source of this news is as authentic as it can get as a moderator on Samsung’s US forums has confirmed the update. This camera freezing issue wasn’t exactly an isolated incident. Although, after analyzing the problem, it seems like most people facing the issues were using the U.S variant of the smartphone. A temporary fix has been available since the issue cropped up. This fix was brought to the fore by one of the members on the Samsung forum. It involved clearing the system partition cache. However, this was only a short-time solution as the camera freezing problem cropped up again.
It’s a good thing that Samsung has finally taken out the time to fix an issue with its flagship 2018 smartphone. However, it’s unfortunate that users had to wait so long for this to happen. Although no exact date for the update has been given, in all probability, it should be releasing soon!
