The Nokia 8.1 smartphone is scheduled to make its very first official appearance on December 5th. However, just under two weeks of its official unveiling at the event, a teaser has been revealed of the smartphone is a red coloured model. The Nokia 8.1 is basically the global variant of the Nokia X7 which was launched last month in China. The Nokia 8.1 has been teased by none other than HMD Global itself. Perhaps this is one of the most effective ways of building hype for its upcoming smartphone.
The teaser was posted on the official Nokia Mobile India Twitter handle. The teaser is in the form of a video which seems to imply the upcoming launch of the Nokia 8.1. The video isn’t exactly a long one, consisting of just nine seconds. Throughout the video, no smartphone exactly is shown apart from the silhouette of what could possibly the Nokia 8.1 and an image of red roses. The Nokia 8.1 is expected to launch alongside the Nokia 2.1 Plus and the much-awaited Nokia 9. The Nokia 8.1 has been leaked through a Geekbench score, revealing its key specifications. Apart from this, its pricing has been leaked and listings of its official cases have been spotted online.
