Rumour has it that the next flagship OnePlus smartphone could be equipped with UFS 3.0 memory. The leak consists of an image of the AndroBench score for the new UFS 3.0 storage. A glimpse at the benchmark result reveals how good it really is! The benchmark consists of the read and write performance which this new standard of storage is capable of achieving. OnePlus actually first started using UFS storage for its devices with the OnePlus 5 smartphone. To be specific, the OnePlus 5 made use of UFS 2.1 storage, the predecessor to UFS 3.0 storage.
UFS 3.0 storage is expected to come in different variants, including 128GB, 256GB and 512GB. Since no other information regarding this has surfaced, it should be taken with a grain of salt.
