Oppo Find Z coming up with Snapdragon 855; corresponding trademark suggests

04 February 2019 4

Fast-rising Chinese smartphone manufacturer Oppo had a great success with its flagship Oppo Find X, which was compared with few of the best smartphones out there in the market, like Apple iPhone X. Considering the all-screen smartphones, Oppo Find X was surely a strong contender against any flagship out there. Now, the world awaits the successor to Find X which might probably be called Oppo Find Z.

This became news when Oppo trademarked the name with European Union’s Intellectual Property Office. Interestingly, this could also be confirmed by the Geekbench listing of Oppo Find Z. In case you’re not aware, Geekbench is one of the specifications of the most popular smartphone benchmarking websites where Oppo Find Z was listing along with unveiling few of its specifications.

Featuring Snapdragon 855, the device could offer 5G services knowing how the SoC offers support for Qualcomm’s X50 5G. Likewise, rumors also suggest a lot about its 10x camera along with bigger under-display fingerprint scanner, which is expected to offer a much larger surface area for fingerprint detection that would support 2 fingerprints at the same time.

What makes Oppo Find Z even more interesting is the presence of triple camera where the third sensor would offer 3D ToF unit for augmented reality. To add much more juice to the offering, Oppo Find Z is suspected to offer Oppo’s 50W Super VOOC. Are you excited about this Oppo’s upcoming offering? Let us know in the comment section below.
