Smartphone industry continues to grow, offering new products of all kinds with upgraded specs and hardware, though the start of foldable smartphones could offer a new era to how we consume content. Foldable smartphone technology has been chased by the top tier tech giants like Samsung, LG, and Huawei and more we have also seen a Samsung recently announcing its foldable smartphones along with the launch of Galaxy S10.
Now, Oppo’s VP Brian Shen unveiled their very own foldable device in a post on Weibo. The image clearly shows how Oppo is more inclined towards Huawei’s foldable design in contrast to what Samsung brought forward with the Galaxy Fold. The shared design showcases a large OLED panel that gets foldable to surface the display panel on the outside of the device.
Currently, there is no information as to when this device could possibly be out in the market or would it be at all, chances are that Oppo would only take a step forward into this endeavor considering the market demand and hype created around it.
