Google’s mail-in repair center now finally accepts the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL phones if they are damaged and need repair. Previously, the center wasn’t accepting the two new phones and one would have to find a walk-in uBreakifix location for official repairs. This latest news might heave a sigh of relief to all those users who currently have a damaged Pixel 3 or Pixel 3 XL device with them. Before this new amendment, users had to go to the physical centers to get their latest phones repaired. In doing so, they had to wait for longer.
Now, according to the new rule, Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are eligible to be mailed to the centers so that you won’t have to sit at the physical repair centers to have them repaired. The mail-in repair function may take longer time but at least you won’t have to be physically present at the stores while the folks at the repair center bring a solution to your phones.
According to Google’s support page (for the US), Google now accepts the phones for repair. So, those who are either with a damaged Pixel 3 or Pixel 3 XL device can get it fixed by mailing it for repair and it’ll be returned to you once the phone is fixed.
Mailing phones service is the best option for users who don’t have any authorized repair center near to them.
