Fitbit has launched a new range of smartwatches in India. This includes three new wearables; he Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, Fitbit Inspire HR and Fitbit Inspire. The Fitbit Ace 2 which is another smartwatch will also be soon available. According to the company, its major focus is on improving health and fitness tracking. In addition to this, the Fitbit app will be redesigned to help users better customize and personalize their dashboards.
Simplicity is the best way to describe the Fitbit Versa Lite Edition. This is an everyday smartwatch which is equipped with certain core functionality including automatic activity, PurePulse 24/7 heart rate and Sleep Stages tracking, 15+ goal-based exercise modes, connected GPS, smartphone notifications, apps, 4+ day battery life and relative SpO2 sensor. This is the company’s most affordable offering yet. The wearable has a single button and is quite lightweight. The Fitbit Versa Lite Edition is available in four colours; white, lilac, mulberry, and marina blue and is priced at INR 15,999.
Next in line is the Fitbit Inspire HR which particularly focuses on round the clock heart rate tracking. The wearable allows for sleep tracking, features a 15+ goal-based exercise mode and more. This tracker is very easy to use and contains all the basic fitness features comprising of automatic activity, exercise, and sleep tracking, goal celebrations, Reminders to Move and timer and stopwatch apps.
The Fitbit Inspire HR and Fitbit Inspire trackers boast of 5-day battery life when being used all day long. The wearable is available in black, lilac and two-tone black and white at a price tag of INR 8,999 while the Fitbit Inspire is available in black and sangria and is priced at INR 6,999.
Last but certainly far from being the least is the Fitbit Ace 2 which is geared towards 6+-year-old children. The wearable is supposed to help kids acquire healthy habits and encourage them to spend time with family. An attractive feature of this device is the animated clock which keeps children engaged and encouraged.
