Oppo’s first smartphone from the Reno series is going to be powerful, well, at least one of the variants which is going to be powered by Snapdragon 855 processor. Its other variant, however, which is going to be a lighter version will possess the Snapdragon 710 processor. But there’s more to just the powerful processor as according to a new post shared by Oppo VP Yiren Shen on Weibo, the Reno phone will make use of copper tube liquid cooling heat sink, on the other hand, the Lite version will include the heat-conducting gel and graphite sheet for heat dissipation.
The Bluetooth certification has shown the Reno Lite features a 6.4-inch display that will produce a full HD + resolution. It also equips 48MP primary camera and a 5MP secondary camera on the back. On the front, it includes a 16MP camera. On the other hand, the Snapdragon 855 model has a triple rear camera with primary being the 48MP, second 8MP and a third sensor of 13MP. The smartphone is expected to include a periscope lens to bring support for the 10x hybrid zoom. It will also have a 16MP front camera.
The Reno is also expected to have a 5G version of it which will be accompanied byX50 5G modem. The other features of this edition include 4,065 battery with VOOC 3.0 fast charging, and of course Snapdragon 855 processor.
Meanwhile, case renders of the Oppo Reno device have leaked online and surfaced on Slashleaks. The pictures show never seen before pop-up selfie camera system. It has a new style retractable system that accommodates the front camera with an LED flash. Instead of a small pop-up system, there’s a large retractable system on the top side of the phone. When opened, it appears to be a conically-shaped system.
