Samsung Galaxy A20e clears FCC, launch seems near

03 April 2019 3

Samsung Galaxy A20e received the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi certification last month and now the device has crossed another hurdle. The device has received the FCC certification that suggests the launch is imminent or it could launch anytime soon. The model number with which this device cleared the FCC is SM-A202F/DS and the perhaps nothing much can be gleaned from this certification.

But looking at the listed dimensions and display size, the Galaxy A20e is clearly the slimmed-down variant of the Galaxy A20. According to FCC, it comes with 147.4x69.7mm and a 5.8-inch display and sports HD + panel with a 19:9 aspect ratio.

You can go a little back if you want to know more about the device since the leaks and renders have thrown out enough about it. It could come with an Exynos 7885 processor with 3GB RAM. It may come with the dual rear cameras set up and include the 3,000mAH battery with 15W fast charging and boot Android Pie out of the box.

There are no other details available on the device but it’s tipped to launch on April 10 alongside some other Samsung Galaxy phones. Stay tuned.
