Apple may release 5 iPhones in 2019: Report

11 April 2019 3

Rumours about 2019 Apple iPhones have been making the rounds for a while now, and according to reports the company will be launching as much as 5 devices this year. Apple iPhones will come with triple rear cameras and much more.

The report states that the iPhones will have a dual camera, triple camera, OLED display, and a USB Type-C interface. Macotakara had accurately predicted the iPhone 7, 8 and some aspects of iPhone X, so there is a certain degree of credibility in this report. However, we ask our readers to take the news with a pinch of salt until the news is confirmed by Apple.

The company will launch a 6.1-inch and 6.5-inch OLED models. Three iPhone models are expected to debut in September, which will include the successors to the iPhone XS and XS Max, as well as the iPhone XR. Apple’s cheapest offering the iPhone XR has seen lesser than expected demand, however, its flagship duo is shaping up well. The devices are the first iPhones to boast of triple camera systems, as well as the first ones to come with iOS 13. Rumours also suggest that Apple will offer improved battery life in the upcoming devices. The devices could even come with an underwater mode and 18W USB-C fast charge.

Apple hasn’t given any information about the unveiling date of the iPhone 2019. However, reports suggest that they will be launched in early September and pre-orders will kick off by mid-September.

Apple’s 2019 iPhones will be priced steeply expensive, judging by the predecessors. Apple 2018's iPhone line-up are priced starting at £999 and £1,099 for the XS and XS Max, and from £799 for the LCD model.
