A new report is circulating around the internet which isn’t bringing anything new to the table and telling us which has already been reported a couple of times. Apple is reportedly working on a foldable iPad version. An analyst from IHS Market is predicting the same and also postulating that this foldable iPad model will support the 5G cellular radios as well.
Back in March, some concept renders of such a model also surfaced, hinting at what it may eventually look like. Before that, it was also reported that Samsung sent foldable display panels to Google and Apple. The report pinpointed that Samsung sent out 7.2-inch display panels to Apple, which is smaller than the 7.3-inch display panel that Samsung used in Galaxy Fold. Well, fast forward to now, the latest report doesn’t shed light on the dimensions or any particularity of this alleged device. But since we have started to gain more reports on this foldable iPad model, it’s imperative to believe that this possibility could become a reality in 2021. But mind you, there haven’t been any pieces of evidence that could support such reports.
We suppose that the new iPad foldable model will feature MacBook sized screens, which isn’t too much of a stretch given that the highest screen size of the iPad Pro is 12.9-inch.
There are no strong reports on iPhone 5G model, like when it’s exactly coming. However, analysts have predicted to be next year. This way the foldable device from Apple could be years away but for reference, we mark 2021 to be the possible year. Stay tuned and let’s hope to get some concrete details on the same.
