Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series is yet to be launched on August 7 at the company’s Galaxy Unpacked event but its reservations page is already up and running. Samsung has also started a trade-in program which is live on its website and it asks the interested buyers to opt if they meet the trade-in criteria.
So, users interested in swapping their old phone for the upcoming Galaxy Note 10 can save up to $600. Plus they can also claim a $50 discount credit towards eligible devices and accessories, exclusively from Samsung.com.
Note that the exchange program for the Galaxy Note 10 is limited to phones from Apple, Samsung, and Google only. So, people using phones from other brands are out of luck.
Interested parties can send in an iPhone X, Pixel 3, or Galaxy S10 series to trade-in this program and save $600. There are also other phones from the three brand included as well, but you don’t save the same amount on them when you exchange them to get the all-new Galaxy Note 10. For instance, trading-in the Pixel 2XL can give a discount of $300 and the trade-in discount for Pixel is $200.
Below are the charts for phones eligible for this trade-in program.
Note that as an early bird, you can get an early access to pre-order and you will be able to pick your color and storage options before others. Samsung mentions that simply reserving the device during the Reservation Period will not automatically place an order. After placing your reservation, you must come back to the company’s official website or the App and fully complete the order transaction within the 72 hours after the device goes on sale. “If you do not return to Samsung.com or the App to complete your order, your reservation will be canceled automatically and you will no longer have reserved priority for placing an order to receive the next Galaxy device.”
