Huawei is confirmed to launch its new Mate series at an event on September 19 in Munich, Germany. There are so many leaks already available that reveal much about the upcoming Mate 30 series. And now a few renders of the Mate 30 Pro have surfaced, in collaboration of the site Pricebaba with the renowned tipster @OnLeaks.
The site advises that the renders might not be 100 percent accurate as they are based on CAD. But let’s just go with the flow and learn what these renders want to serve.
As you would see, there’s a weird notch on the display, it’s narrower than the Mate 20 Pro. As speculated many times before, the curved display goes along the edges. Call it the ‘waterfall’ display which flows over both the edges. OnLeaks states that the display is difficult to measure given the curved edges, but estimates it to be 6.6-inches.
There are quad rear cameras which are placed in a 2x2 grid and a circular module border them. The dual LED flash is situated on the left side of this circular module. The cameras configuration is currently unknown but expect the primary one, at least, to be 48MP.
Huawei Mate 30 Pro appears to be featuring the same premium glass and metal construct that Mate 20 Pro also featured. The site mentions the dimensions which could be roughly around 158.1 x 73.6 x 8.7mm, with the thickness going up to 9.7mm around the camera bump.
The power button is located on the right edge, while the left edge has nothing and this alludes that the device has no physical volume buttons. This goes in line with a recent leak that suggested the Mate 30 Pro will feature a touch-sensitive area above the power button. Users may slide their fingers up and down to adjust the volume.
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro is likely to be powered by the latest HiSilicon Kirin 990 chipset and house 4,500mAH battery. We aren’t too far away from the launch of the series. So, just wait and look for more information to come.
