OnePlus 8 renders appear early with punch-hole display, curved screen, wireless charging support

Standing at the end of this year, you may want to have a sneak peek of the devices coming in 2020 and it appears your wish has been granted as well. Interestingly, an upcoming smartphone from OnePlus has appeared in its full avatar already. What we are seeing too early is the effort of the prolific tipster OnLeaks in association with CashKaro.com.

The leakster has come up to offer you the very first and very early look at the OnePlus 8. The cleaner and full-fledged appearance of the alleged OnePlus 8 is based on the actual dimensions and engineering drawings leaked originally from within OnePlus. The tipster has a great track record of revealing the right design of the upcoming smartphones so we would like to rely on this, well, at least for now.

According to CashKaro.com, the renders of the alleged device are engineered not on the factory CAD but on the detailed schematics as disclosed by the company insider.

As you would see, nothing much has changed on the rear side, the OnePlus 8 is holding triple rear cameras similar to the arrangement available on the OnePlus 7 Pro. Things start to change on the front as you would see a curved screen and a hole in the display which is carrying the camera for selfies. Previously, on the OnePlus 7 Pro, the company added a motorized pop-up selfie camera but now the camera is housed in the punch-hole.

One of the important details that the source has confirmed is that OnePlus 8 will come with the much anticipated wireless charging feature. Reportedly, OnePlus has also modified the design of the device’s speaker at the bottom, giving it a smoother edge.

The OnePlus 8 will measure about 160.2 x 72.9 x 8.1mm (9.3mm including rear camera bump) and have a 6.5-inch large display.

This is quite an early look at the OnePlus 8, especially when the company has just launched the OnePlus 7T model. Sound off using the comments section below and let us know what do you think about its design?
