Samsung Galaxy A01 alleged presence at FCC reveals some key specs

Samsung appears to have one more budget Android smartphone to launch in its Galaxy A-series as the device has shown its presence at the FCC certification. Crossing the FCC reflects the phone is almost ready to go official but the exact timeframe of its launch is unknown. Well moving on, the certification reveals some key specs of this budget Galaxy A phone which is being addressed as the Galaxy A01 in the document.

Galaxy A01 had popped up on Geekbench as a Qualcomm reference phone and was believed to be just a testing device that may not reach the consumers. Now, the FCC clears out the doubts associated and reveals this is one of the next Galaxy A-series phones.

The FCC certification reveals that it has a 3,000mAH battery, dual rear cameras. Referring to the Geekbench listing, the device runs Android 10 on-board, which suggests the official launch is a few months away. Previously, it was rumored, the phone has a 2GB RAM and will be accompanied with 16GB storage.

SamMobile claims that its sources have conveyed the device will be available in Blue, Black, and Red color options. According to the same publication, the Galaxy A01 is another Samsung’s ODM phone which is made by Huaqin Telecom, a company based in Shanghai that also makes devices for Huawei.
