Samsung is reportedly has a new tablet in the launch pipeline that may go by the name Galaxy Tab A4s. The device has model number SM-T307U and it was first spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certification website, that seemingly confirmed a few specifications and suggested the tablet is going to be a mid-range device.
Now the same device has crossed FCC which means the launch is quite near and it can happen anytime soon. The FCC documentation reveals a lot about the Samsung SM-T307U or the Galaxy Tab A4s.
The FCC certification reveals that the upcoming tablet will come with a 4,800mAH battery with a 15W fast-charging solution from Samsung. The tablet will also support the LTE connectivity option, in addition to just WiFi, and hence you will see two variants of the same. The listing also reveals that the device will come with an 8.39-inch display, though the resolution is not known at the moment. On the connectivity front, it features WiFi, Bluetooth, LTE, GPS, and WCDMA. There is no other information that the FCC document reveals.
The previous Bluetooth SIG database has already confirmed Bluetooth 5.0 support and the Wi-Fi listing confirmed 32GB internal storage and Android 9 Pie version.
It is unknown when the said Galaxy Tab A4s is coming but crossing the FCC means the launch is imminent. So, let’s just wait for it.
