Realme has launched several new products today under its quest to be a tech lifestyle brand as well. While it brings several upgrades to some of its existing products, it also launches a couple of fresh products as well - smartwatch and a TV.

Realme Watch

The Realme Watch features an elegant look with its square-ish design that carries a 1.4-inch 320x320 LCD color display. It comes with touchscreen support and features a 2.5D curved glass.

The Realme Watch runs a custom version of Android and can do typical smartwatch things alongside displaying notifications like voice calls, SMS messages, chat messages from social apps.

The smartwatch also offers heart rate monitoring, thanks to a dedicated photoplethysmogram (PPG) sensor. The watch is touted to record the heart rate every five minutes and generates alerts in case of specific conditions, for instance if it goes beyond a set threshold. There is SpO2 monitoring as well to let users track their blood oxygen levels. It also provides sleep monitoring, sedentary reminders, hydration reminder, and meditation relaxing.

Initially, the Realme Watch comes with a total of 12 preloaded watch faces, though Realme has plans to offer over 100 watch faces via future OTA updates. It comes with 14 different sports modes such as Badminton, Cricket, Indoor Run, Outdoor Run, Yoga, and Walk. The Realme Watch has Bluetooth v5.0 on the connectivity part and 160mAh battery that is rated to deliver 7 days of usage when the heart rate monitor is enabled (nine-day battery life with disabled heart rate monitoring). Furthermore, the Power Saving Mode offers up to 20 days of usage on a single charge.

The price of the Realme Watch is Rs. 3,999 and it will go on sale in India on Flipkart and the company’s official website starting at 12 pm (IST) on June 5. Offline sales will start soon after. Realme offers many wrist straps in different color options – Red, Blue, and Green at Rs. 499 each.

Realme Smart TV

Realme has also launched a smart TV which it likes to address by a simple name Realme Smart TV. It comes in two display sizes – 32-inch and 43-inch. The 32-inch has HD+ panel and the 43-inch features a Full HD+ panel but both feature LED-backlit Vertical Alignment (VA) LCD panels. It comes with Chroma Boost Engine for a saturated and vivid color profile. It also uses the HDR10 and Hybrid Log-Gamma (HLG) formats for improved HDR content.

The Realme Smart TV features 24W dual speakers with separate tweeters and the company touts its TV can reproduce audio in the range 148Hz-20KHz. It supports Dolby Audio for supported apps and content. The TV runs the stock Android TV launcher without any over the top modifications. The Realme Smart TV has a smart remote controller as well that connects to the TV over Bluetooth. It has direct buttons for YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix. The remote also offers support for Google Assistant for some voice-based searches.

The Realme Smart TV is powered by a MediaTek quad-core processor with Mali-470 MP3 GPU. It comes with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage. It comes with three HDMI ports, a TV input, AV input, 2 USB ports, a LAN port, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.0.
