TikTok, the short story video-sharing social networking app has now come to Android TV. So, in case you were searching for ways to watch those non-stop and non-sense TikTok videos on a big screen then here is one official support coming.

A Reddit post revealed that the app is now working on Android TV. Later, a couple of tech publications were able to back it by testing the same.

TikTok app for Android TV is now available on Google Play Store for you to install it directly on your smart TV. However, the availability of the support looks to be limited for now. As reported first on Redditors, the support is still not available to many regions. They encountered a region unavailability error when they tried to log in to their TikTok account. Some also claimed the app is not working for both Xiaomi Mi Box S and NVIDIA Shield.

Also, the app does not appear to be working for users in several regions. However, folks over at AndroidPolice and EFTM were able to get it working in the UK and Australia by sideloading the APK.

The report from EFTM states the TikTok videos do not play in the loop by default. Also, the videos play in the portrait orientation even when they are being played on a big screen. Clicking right skips to the next video, while clicking the down button opens the likes and comments section.

Once you successfully install the TikTok app on your Android TV, you will see it listed under the My Apps section. One can start watching the TikTok short videos without the need to log in.

You can use the link provided below and install the app directly via Play Store or sideloading it using APK.
