23 April 2021 0

Xiaomi entered the Indian premium smart TV market late last year with the launch of QLED TVs. It is now expanding the lineup with the launch of the 75-inch Mi QLED 4K smart TV. It is the company's biggest display size and most expensive smart TV launch in the Indian market that puts straight against big names like Samsung, LG, and Sony.

The new model has a 75-inch QLED panel with 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 pixels) resolution. It supports HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and a 120Hz refresh rate. The TV has a 97% screen-to-body ratio that makes it almost bezel-less. It further boasts Full Array Local Dimming technology with 192 localized zones that give granular control over the display so that there is better contrast and deeper Black.

For a premium audio output, it has 30W stereo speakers with six drivers design. It means it has two tweeters, two full-range drivers, and two woofer drivers. There is compatibility with Dolby Audio and DTS-HD audio technologies. All-in-all, you should be expecting louder and clear sound output while enjoying your favorite content.

It is powered by a 64-bit quad-core A55 processor with Mali G52 M2 GPU. There is 2GB of RAM with 32GB of onboard storage and auto low-latency mode. It has support for Chromecast and hands-free Google Assistant. Xiaomi says there will be a software update arriving in the coming weeks that will make it "Work with Alexa" certified. This will allow users to make use of any Alexa-powered device to control various features of the smart TV.

The connectivity options include three HDMI 2.1 ports, two USB ports, an Ethernet port, an optical port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and an AV input port. In terms of software experience, Xiaomi has loaded it with the newest PatchWall interface. The 75-inch Mi QLED smart TV has been priced at INR 1,19,999 with sales beginning April 27th.
