Redmi has collaborated with Amazon to launch its newest Redmi Smart TV in the Indian market. It is the company's first smart TV with Fire OS and is aptly named Redmi Smart Fire TV 32. It had previously released smart TVs with Google's Android TV but the newest model runs the smart TV operating system from Amazon.

The Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 is available in a single display size of 32 inches. The panel has a 1366 x 768 pixels resolution with a 60Hz refresh rate, 178-degree viewing angle, and Vivid Picture Engine. It is powered by a quad-core processor featuring Cortex-A35 cores with ARM Mali G32 MP2 GPU. There is 1GB of RAM and 8GB of onboard storage for installing your favorite apps.

The unique thing about the smart TV is obviously Amazon's Fire OS. It has all the major streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Music, Disney+ Hotstar, Zee5, SonyLIV, and even Apple TV. The Fire TV app store is claimed to have over 12,000 applications spread across different categories for you to choose from. There is also support for AirPlay and Miracast for casting content from your phone to your TV. Other features include Alexa Remote, parental controls, and live TV channels.

The smart TV has 20W dual speakers for audio output along with Dolby Audio, DTS Virtual:X, and DTS-HD technologies. There is dual-band WiFi support and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. The connectivity ports include dual USB 2.0 ports, an Ethernet port, two HDMI ports, one earphone jack, and one AV port.

Redmi has priced the Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 at INR 13,999 in India. The company has announced a limited-time pricing where it can be purchased for INR 11,999. The smart TV sale will begin on March 21st through online and offline channels.
