Realme has started teasing the arrival of its first smartwatch named Realme Watch. It has posted a short video clip on Twitter that confirms the name of the smartwatch. It does not mention any specific release timeline but says that it is "coming soon". The clip ends with a glimpse of the smartwatch that shows a square-shaped dial.
The teaser clip has been shared with the caption that it is time to be smarter. This is not the first time we are hearing about the Realme smartwatch through official channels. Madhav Sheth, CEO of Realme India, has talked about the product on many occasions in the past, especially while talking about venturing beyond smartphones.
The Realme Watch will be the company's second wearable product. It had already launched the Realme Band fitness tracker which comes with color display and support for 9 sports modes. Similar to the company's phones and fitness band, we can expect the smartwatch to offer a better value for money ratio.
A recent leak gave us a good look at what the Realme Watch would look like. It showed the smartwatch with a square dial and a curved display panel. There is a physical button on the right side and a number of color variants to choose from. There are also various watch face options that differ in color scheme as well as the information they show.
