Oppo has launched a new budget fitness band called the Oppo Band in China. This new band is offered in three models – one being the vanilla Oppo Band, the second is Oppo Band Fashion Edition and the Oppo Band EVA Edition. All three models differ in terms of their physical features, though the basic design is the same.

The Oppo Band looks pretty mundane in terms of design where you would see a sleek display with a thinner strap. But overall, it is still a good offering, considering it is a budget fitness tracker.

The standard model of the Oppo Band features a plastic casing, while the Fashion Edition has a stainless steel body with TPU and alloy band. However, there is one more difference between the two and that is the presence of NFC in the Fashion Edition. The third one which is the EVA Edition came first to notice when Oppo launched the special edition Oppo Ace2 EVA late last month. Together with the phone, the company also launched some accessories where the Band EVA was also introduced.

All the models of the Oppo Band feature a 1.1-inch AMOLED touchscreen display with a 2.5D curved scratch resistant surface. These bands take about 1.4 hours to fully charge and are touted to last up to 14 days of use. The Oppo Band supports the Bluetooth v5.0 and is compatible with Android and iOS devices. They all have 12 sports modes to help your support in your different exercise modes. For instance, there are modes for fat loss running, free training, outdoor run, outdoor cycling, outdoor walking, and more.

The Oppo Band series come with 5ATM water resistance that means it can survive in up to 50 meters of water. The wearable comes with a SpO2 sensor of blood oxygen monitoring and heart rate monitoring as well. It shows notifications from apps, calls, messages, and social media platforms. It has over 160 watch faces and the band can control music playback, show you the weather, and more. It also includes Find My Phone feature with the help of which you can find your phone if it is lost.

The price of the Oppo Band in China is CNY 199 (approx. $28). It comes in Black and Pink color options and it is already on sale in the country. The second model which is the Fashion Edition is priced at CNY 249 ($36) and this comes in Black and Gold color options. The third Oppo Band EVA Edition is priced at CNY 299 ($43). Both these models are available for pre-order on the official site.
