Xiaomi appears to be prepping to launch a smartwatch globally and according to the latest findings, this may not be a completely new offering and would rather be a global variant of the Watch Color smartwatch.
The folks over at XDA Developers discovered a new listing inside the latest version of the Mi Watch app. This listing clearly shows the name “Mi Watch Revolve.” Upon further inspection, the tech publication found that a YouTuber eSavants has already made an unboxing video on the same. According to the YouTuber, he purchased the Mi Watch Revolve smartwatch from AliExpress for €90 (approx. $100). In the video as well, the YouTuber can be seen showing the Mi Watch app where the Mi Watch Revolve is also listed.
No other details those findings could deliver but you can watch the unboxing video to get more insights on the same. Moreover, it is said to be the global variant of the Mi Watch Color, so you can expect what features it might be coming with.
The spotted device has a circular shape and looks pretty similar to the Watch Color smartwatch.
Interestingly, XDA also found out the listing of the unreleased Mi Smart Band 4C while digging into the Mi Watch app.
Remember, Xiaomi launched the Mi Watch Color in China for 799 yuan ($112), however, according to the Chinese product page, its price has now dropped to 599 yuan (approx. $84). This is almost a similar price at which the YouTuber bought it.
Let’s see when Xiaomi decides to launch it globally.
