OnePlus is keeping no secret when it comes to its upcoming launch event. It has already confirmed that it will launch OnePlus Nord, its first affordable smartphone series on July 21st and now it is confirming that its first-ever truly wireless headphones will launch on the same special AR event as well.
OnePlus CEO Pete Lau took to Twitter to announce this delightful news to its followers. He also shared an image that confirms the name of the headphones – OnePlus Buds, just what some of you might have expected it to be as well.

OnePlus revealed no other details on its OnePlus Buds but we look forward to picking up more from the company itself, considering it is revealing most of the secrets on its own. There aren’t many leaks available on the same as well, though we did see a few of them from time to time, mostly from the tipster Max J. In one of his tweets, he also shared the image of the pair of earbuds, referring them to OnePlus’ upcoming product Buds.
OnePlus has been launching the wired and wireless headphones in its Bullets series but it appears, the company is introducing a completely new series for its truly wireless accessories. In that case, we would witness OnePlus unveiling two new series on July 21st online-only event.
It is currently also unknown how the company’s first-ever truly wireless headphones going to look. Launching in 2020, we can expect OnePlus’ first truly wireless headphones to feature active noise cancellation. But, let’s just refrain ourselves from making even a wild guess on the same and wait for some credible information to come.
