Microsoft Surface earbuds, the truly wireless earphones that went official back in October 2019 will now be available for purchase in Graphite color as well. According to the product's page listing available on the company's official website, the Surface Earbuds in Graphite are launching soon. However, the company had already announced while announcing the availability of Surface Duo that the Surface Earbuds in Graphite will arrive on September 10.
Currently, the earbuds are available only in Glacier White color option, though Microsoft did announce the darker Graphite Grey color at its event happened in October. For some untold reasons, Microsoft didn’t make them available for purchase in Graphite color.
As reported by WindowsCentral, the cost of the new color variant is unchanged and so are the specifications.
It is possible that Microsoft may talk more about dark aesthetics of the Surface Earbuds and what inspired it to go with this color on September 10 or we may just simply see it going for sale on the said date.
At the time of the official announcement, Microsoft touted the ergonomic design of Surface Earbuds that makes it comfortable to wear. It is strongly integrated with Microsoft 365 and offers some special features like real-time captions during a presentation and the ability to scroll through PowerPoint slides with just a swipe.
Microsoft Surface Earbuds is IPX4 certified, has Bluetooth 5.0 LE wireless connectivity. It offers up to 8 hours of continuous listening per charge and a 10-minute charge provides up to one hour of battery life.
If you have been waiting for the Graphite color of the Surface Earbuds then you just have to be more patient before you add them to your cart. At least, this is certain now that Graphite-colored Surface Earbuds will be available for purchase.
