15 October 2020 0

Amazfit has launched its newest smartwatch Bip U in India. It will join the Bip S as one of the Amazfit smartwatches that can be purchased locally. As one would expect, it is packed with various health and fitness features to help users reach their goals without spending a lot on a wearable.

The Amazfit Bip U sports a 1.43-inch HD TFT display with 320 x 302 pixels resolution, Corning Gorilla Glass 3, and anti-finger coating. It is a colorful display panel with support for over 50 watch faces. The watch comes pre-loaded with four watch faces and two of these can be replaced from the collection available on the Zepp app. It even allows users to upload their own pictures to set custom watch faces. It has a silicon rubber watch strap material which should make it comfortable to wear.

The watch comes with GPS so that it does not have to be connected to a smartphone all the time. It offers over 60 Sports modes helping users track all sorts of physical activities. For those who love to swim, the watch is water-resistant up to 50 meters so that they can swim without having to worry about the smartwatch.

It further has a SpO2 sensor for tracking blood oxygen level, a 24x7 heart rate tracker, sleep quality monitor, stress monitor, and menstrual cycle tracker with alerts. Amazfit is claiming that the smartwatch can last for up to 9 days on a single charge, thanks to its 230mAh battery. The watch is compatible with both Android and iOS devices.

As for pricing, the Amazfit Bip U will cost only INR 3,499 during the Amazon India sale but will be available for INR 3,999 after that. It can also be purchased from Amazfit's official website.
