Razer Anzu smart glasses with truly wireless audio announced

05 March 2021 0

Razer has officially announced new pair of smart audio glasses named Anzu. These look like your normal eyeglasses but are packed with various "smart" features. These are also meant to help your eyes from exposure to Blue light when working and from the sunlight when going outside.

The Razer Anzu glasses are claimed to deliver 35% Blue-light filtering and 99% UVA/UVB protection. These are available in round and rectangular frame shapes as well as in large and small sizes. These size options are available with both lens shape options, no matter which variant you choose. If you are someone who uses prescription lenses, Razer has teamed up with Lensabl for providing a special 15% discount to such buyers.

One of the best things about Anzu is its truly wireless audio experience. It makes use of Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity and delivers stutter-free sound with a latency as low as 60ms. There are dedicated speakers and microphones on the glass so that you get an amazing experience, no matter you are listening or speaking. It also has a gaming mode to enhance the gaming experience, especially the ones with multiplayer functionality.

Razer says that Anzu can last for up to five hours on a single charge and up to two weeks during the standby mode. The good thing is that these glasses power off automatically when you fold them. This is something that will certainly be helpful in preserving battery life. The Anzu glasses have been priced at $199.99 with availability via Best Buy and Razer's own online store.
