Oppo Watch iOS compatibility is finally here

16 April 2021 0

It is about to be a year since Oppo unveiled its Oppo Watch and Oppo Band wearable products. Both of these are good options for those with Android devices but if you have an iPhone, none of these worked with them until now. Oppo has finally released an app that makes it possible to use Oppo Watch and Oppo Band with iOS.

The name of the app is HeyTap Health which is basically a companion application. It is the app that you will need to install on your iPhone and then pair it with the preferred Oppo wearable. The app will further help you check various important health-related details as well as manage different settings of the device for a complete user experience.

The app can be used for checking one's SpO2 levels that get recorded using the Oppo Band. Other details you can track through the app include sleep quality, 24x7 heart rate, and daily activity goals. The customization options include the ability to change watch faces to match your need or mood. And since iOS support is here, you can also choose to sync your health data with the Apple Health application.

There is no doubt there has been a long gap between the launch of wearables and the iOS app release. But if there are any iOS users interested in trying out the Oppo Watch or Oppo Band, they would not have any issue using the same.
