The rumor mill seems to be getting really buzzy about the alleged Google Pixel Watch. It was just last Friday when we heard about a potential 2022 launch timeline and today, we already have another major leak. The latest one is coming from Jon Prosser of Front Page Tech who has shared a bunch of Pixel Watch "official marketing images".
Prosser says these are the exact same images that he used to create Pixel Watch renders shared months ago. It means while there is nothing new to see here in terms of the design, one can get an idea of how Google is planning to market its first-ever smartwatch. The watch can be seen with a circular dial with no bezels which makes it look stunning. Google is referring to this design approach as "bringing unity to hardware and software".
He says that it is almost confirmed that the smartwatch will officially be called the Google Pixel Watch. This is because it is the name used in these leaked marketing images. However, these images are now months old and there is a slim possibility that name plans might have changed which can happen with any product until its launch.
There are two slides where Google has used the following lines: Your world at a glance and Your health at a glance. It is clear that during the launch event, it will be focusing specifically on the bezel-less display and health features of the smartwatch. We are yet to hear any technical specification details but as it is tipped to get official during Q1 2022, we can expect more details in due course of time.
