Google's alleged Pixel Watch is probably the most anticipated smartwatch in a long time. This is primarily because it will be the first-ever smartwatch from Google which has restricted itself to Wear OS so far. A new leak from the well-known tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks) has surfaced who shared it through 91Mobiles, an online publication.
The leaked Pixel Watch render gives a close-up look at the smartwatch's circular dial and curved display. One can also see the crown's seamless integration with the display. The watchface features date and time complications but does not show the day for some reason. There are widgets for the steps counter and heartbeat along with some sort of Fitbit integration.
The leak corroborates claims that we previously heard and watched in renders shared by Jon Prosser. The smartwatch is claimed to have a bezel-less display. There have been rumors that the wearable would be powered by Samsung's Exynos processor. It may even have support for next-gen Google Assistant.
In other news, Google recently redesigned the Google Store website for multiple markets including the United States. The redesign has a simpler look and navigation menus now focus on smartphones and smartwatches. It used to list brand names like Pixel and Nest previously. These changes have led to speculations that the Pixel Watch launch is closer than ever.
