After raising $1 million through its past SurBook campaign, Chuwi has come back with another campaign that will raise some funds for its new product CoreBook. The 2-in-1 tablet-notebook was launched last month and it is now available for pre-orders via a crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo.
Chuwi has set a low goal for the CoreBook tablet and this suggests that the company may not require much money to finish the development of the tablet. Chuwi SurBook received some great response from the backers and the company expanded the campaign for several other days even when the goal was reached a long time ago.
Chuwi CoreBook tablet features a 13.3-inch full display and it’s powered by 7th-gen Intel Core M3 processor coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The device is backed up by the Intel HD Graphics 615 and it can easily support 4K videos and run 3D games. It comes with a fingerprint sensor for an instant security.
The CoreBook by Chuwi has an aluminum allow chassis and a fanless design. The tablet features a 2.5D curved glass design and offers a sturdy, ultra-slim and ultra-light design. Chuwi CoreBook is a tablet but also a laptop as the associated keyboard is detachable. It comes with a stepless adjustment keyboard so that could freely adjust it between 0 and 165 degrees.
Chuwi CoreBook runs on Windows 10 OS and gets the Windows Hello, Cortana, and Windows Ink support. The device has 1 USB 3.0 port and 1 micro-USB port as well. According to Chuwi. The CoreBook can offer up to 8 hours of average use and can be quickly charged in about 3 hours.
Early bird backers can get this Chuwi CoreBook for $459 or if you plan to opt the bundle that includes the tablet, a detachable keyboard, and an active stylus then it will cost you $499. Pre-order from Indiegogo.

This looks to be a decent tablet with not many specs to talk about. That's why the crowdfunding goal has been set to a low amount.
It's not a very high-profile tablet. But anyway, I was looking for the battery information. Any word on that?
That's one thing. And secondly, the pricing bracket. As there's no word on the battery backup, can't really say how the price goes.
