Microsoft has been offering its Windows 10 powered Lumia 650 at various price cuts in the recent months to boost up the sales of its budgeted device. The smartphone is primarily designed for business users and its prices are falling rapidly now.
To refresh, The Lumia 650 has a sleek metallic body with a premium design which features a Gorilla Glass 3 protected 5-inch AMOLED screen with a 720 x 1280 resolution. The device is powered by a quad-core 1.3GHz CPU drives the phone, which also features the Adreno 304 GPU. The device features 8MP camera on the back and 5MP camera on the front. The entire device is backed by a 2000mAh battery that powers the handset. 1GB of RAM is inside, along with 16GB of expandable native storage.
The Microsoft Lumia 650 went up for sale at a price of £159.99 in the United Kingdom (UK) in February 2016. Its price was reduced to £119.99 recently. But today the price has been slashed directly to £99.95. This is around £9 less than what the Microsoft UK Store is selling the handset for. Retailer Argos is selling the smartphone at that price as is depicted by its listing.
Similarly, Lumia 650 has received a price cut in Ireland too. The Microsoft store in Ireland is selling the device for €129 whereas retailer Argos has the device listed for €119.99 on its website which is again around €9 less.
We do not know whether these price cuts are permanent or temporary. So if you are looking forward to grab this device at an affordable price we would suggest to hurry up before it’s too late.
