Windows 10 mobile devices get a new interface for games section

23 April 2017 3

Microsoft has rolled out a new update for its Windows Store. The update is for Windows 10 mobile devices. Apparently, 13 phone models are currently receiving the update.

The update brings a new interface for its Windows Store. This new interface of the game section is for people who are really into playing mobile games. The focus on cover image which was earlier blurred has now improved a lot.

Microsoft has also tweaked the UI of game pages. However, the changes are only available on game pages, app pages are still same.

You can also install apps and games on your Xbox One Devices using your Windows 10 Mobile. The feature was available earlier as well but only on PCs. Now this functionality has made its way to mobile devices as well.

You can download the new Store Update from the Windows Store on your phone now. You just need to tap on the check for updates button. This update is rolling out to Fast Ring insiders only at the moment but it will be released to others soon.

This new update means that there are lots of people who are into mobile gaming. Let's say otherwise, we wouldn't have seen a separate update just for the interface thing.
