Xiaomi Mi Notebook with 8th-gen Intel Core i3 launched for CNY 3399

Xiaomi has launched two new Mi Notebook models at an event held in China. Both of these are similar products with the major difference being in the display size variants. They are also packed with 8th-generation Intel Core i3 processors but also happens to be one of the cheapest offerings in the catalog.

The two Mi Notebook models are available in 13-inch and 15.6-inch sizes with Full HD (1080p) panel. Under the hood, it has the 8th-gen Intel Core i3 processor coupled with 4GB and 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM. It comes with 128GB of SSD storage which also happens to be expandable. It further has a dual-fan cooling system with a 2+2 heat pipe layout to ensure a stable performance.

It comes with a fingerprint scanner for authentication news. For those who love great sound, it comes with AKG-tuned speakers with Dolby surround sound. It is made up of metal but has no Mi logo which gives it a minimalistic design. It weighs about 1.38kg which makes it one of the lightest laptops that you can get. Other features include WiFi, Bluetooth, USB ports, and HDMI port.

The new Mi Notebook comes pre-installed with the Windows 10 operating system. The 13-inch model of the laptop is priced at RMB 3799 and 15.6-inch model for RMB 3099. Both are already available on sales via online
